About This Meeting
DEC Young Leaders were encouraged to define their own success at a lunch meeting with Rodney O’Neal, President & CEO, Delphi Automotive. The sold-out meeting was held at Delphi Automotive’s North American headquarters on February 19, 2015.
While sharing many personal anecdotes, O’Neal encouraged DEC Young Leaders to work hard to achieve their definition of success and to properly prepare in order to become “the best of the best”. He encouraged the Young Leaders to have a personal preparation plan that positions them to be ready when the opportunity of a lifetime presents itself.
A Q&A session followed with questions ranging from successes and challenges in his career to company culture, the importance of teamwork and achieving work/life balance. Afterward, Young Leaders enjoyed a tour of the exciting Delphi Innovation Center, showcasing Delphi’s technology-rich product portfolio and global reach.
