About This Meeting
PwC U.S. Chairman and Senior Partner Bob Moritz spoke to the Detroit Economic Club Tuesday, October 27th, about the importance of attracting and retaining next-generation Millennials (those born between 1980 and 1995) in today’s workforce. Now the largest working generation in the United States, Millennials are not only globalized and technologically savvy, but also value corporate responsibility and workplace ethics.
“If you statistically look at the time and energy that a Baby Boomer in your organization worked and compare it to a next generation Millennial, they are just as hard-working,” Moritz said.
