Oberhelman said, “While I’m not sure we’re living through the most volatile time in our history, we must be close. This makes forecasts hard to do, and capital investments tough to plan. However, there is a silver lining to volatility — and that is that our management team, especially our younger leaders, is constantly learning how to manage in uncertain times.”
