Network with like-minded members, sharpen professional skills, share best practices, discuss trends and timely field-related topics and build your DEC network through small, facilitated peer groups centered around your profession.

Join WTW’s Brenda McMahon for a discussion with guest facilitator Lottie Holland, Director of Diversity, Inclusion & Engagement for Stellantis – North America.

Lottie will share the ground breaking initiatives she is implementing, as well as a forum discussion including:

  • How to build a culture of diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging
  • How to foster a culture that allows underrepresented groups to be successful at all career levels
  • Closing the gap on attraction and promotion policies for diverse candidates
