Dave Brost is a Senior Director for WTW and is a member of the Midwest and Southeast Region Sales Leadership Teams. In this role, Dave acts as a trusted advisor and strategic resource to his clients ensuring all the services provided by WTW are aligned and meeting the needs of his clients.

Dave’s expertise is in establishing and maintaining relationships with large, global companies through understanding and meeting their human resources and risk management needs. Dave has over 35 years of experience working directly with his clients’ senior leadership teams helping them manage complex issues around managing and rewarding talent and optimizing risk finance decisions. His recent industry experiences include hospitality, utilities, insurance and professional services, medical technology, food, manufacturing, and retail.
