Director, Global Compensation & Mobility
Matt Smith is a compensation and human resources professional with over 15 years of experience working in a number of global leadership positions. Matt has worked for Dana for the past 11 years in a variety of compensation and HR leadership roles, including his current position as Director of Global Compensation and Mobility. In this role, Matt and his team of global and regional compensation professionals have led the implementation of Dana’s first global job architecture and salary structure.

Brenda is the Director of Client Management at Willis Towers Watson having first joined the company in 1996. She has provided human resources consulting for over 20 years, specializing in workforce communication and change management in HR strategy, benefits, and broader organizational change. Brenda returned to Willis Towers Watson in 2010 as a Client Relationship Director.
Brenda has consulted and managed client relationships in both the public and private sectors including Fortune 50 to Fortune 500 companies, private equity and other private organizations. She has provided strategic communication advice and assistance to a number of clients including automotive manufacturers and suppliers, retail, high tech and industrial manufacturing companies. Brenda has served some of our biggest and most complex clients across multiple industries.
