Highly motivated professional with extensive experience in organizing, managing and tracking multiple deliverables with frequently changing priorities in a fast-paced work environment. Exceptional interpersonal skills, capable of resolving multiple and complex issues and motivating staff members to peak performance. Utilizes keen analysis and team approach to drive organizational improvements and implementation of best practices. Adept in creating unique approaches to problem solving and implementing plans and programs that drive business growth.
