Rebecca is an award-winning consultant and the US Market Leader for Willis Towers Watson’s Talent line of business in Michigan, Ohio and Pittsburgh. She provides deep consulting expertise in developing integrated human resources, talent management and change communications using new and traditional types of media to create engaging and actionable employee experiences. Throughout her career, Rebecca has participated in significant business transformation initiatives including all types of workforce changes, new program introductions (e.g., retirement, healthcare, compensation), as well as crisis communication efforts. She works with organizations of all sizes and across industries including health systems, retailers, automotive suppliers, pharmaceuticals, manufacturers and more. She co-leads Willis Towers Watson’s Talent & Rewards Automotive Industry Group and has worked with multiple OEMs and auto suppliers. She is also a Willis Towers Watson Inclusion & Diversity champion.

Before returning to Towers Watson in 2011, Rebecca spent 10 years as the Director of Employee Communications for a large media company headquartered in Chicago. There, she focused on creating and implementing strategic communication and change management plans for 20,000 employees on various compensation and benefit topics, as well as executive communications, divestitures, privatization, diversity, culture change and bankruptcy.

Pam Rollins is the Head of Corporate Communication at Willis Towers Watson.

In her role, she is responsible for Corporate Social Responsibility, Internal Communication and Change Management, Knowledge Management and Public Relations.

Previously, Pam co-led a combined Marketing and Communication function with Katherine Gehman; served as Head of Internal Communication and Change Management; co-led the communication and change management efforts associated with the Towers Watson and Willis Towers Watson mergers; and held various leadership roles in the communication and change management consulting business.

Pam started her career at Hewitt Associates in 1997 after receiving her Bachelor of Arts in economics from the University of Michigan. She’s been with Willis Towers Watson and its predecessor companies for 23 years.
