She specializes in transformative changes to engage employees and improve the employee experience during the moments that matter. Pamela’s consulting experience spans diverse industries throughout the U.S. and Canada. \nPamela started her career with Kelly Services\, then worked for Aon before joining WTW 24 years ago. Pamela holds a B.A. in Psychology with a concentration in Organizational Behavior and Human Resource Management from the University of Michigan – Ann Arbor\, and graduated magna cum laude with an M.S. in Management from Walsh College.
