To be accountable to stakeholders, leaders should be ready to execute change for their organization, as well as enabling others to drive change behaviors.

In a highly-interactive session, DEC members will learn:

  • How to execute a change strategy with the required confidence and clarity
  • How to enable others to drive change behaviors

We will also discuss:

  • The obligation leaders have to own execution of change for the organization
  • Strategies, tactics and actions to execute change
  • Applying strategies and tactics in leading successful change
