Leaders are placed in a position where they need to be ready to tackle tough issues and make difficult decisions. They must be able to harness productive conflict to drive results within their team.

In a highly-interactive session, DEC members will learn:

  • How to create a climate where healthy, productive conflict exists
  • How to deal with disruptive conflict in a timely and effective manner

We will also discuss:

  • Recognizing your strengths and areas for improvement around tackling difficult issues
  • Building a climate for productive conflict
  • Strategies, tactics and actions to encourage healthy conflict to obtain better team results
