Session: Leading with a Growth Mindset

As we start the new year, it is a perfect time to consider the importance of having a growth mindset to your success. During this highly collaborative and interactive workshop, you will explore what has contributed to your success to date and what you desire to achieve in the future. You will also explore how the pandemic has impacted your ability to contribute and lead, whether you lead a team or lead indirectly as an individual contributor. By the end of the workshop, you will have a personal action plan you can start to implement for success in 2021 and beyond.

Please note that this is a Zoom meeting and no call-in will be provided.
