Pamela Collins brings over 25 years of expertise in human resources consulting to WTW clients. She specializes in transformative changes to engage employees and improve the employee experience during the moments that matter. Pamela’s consulting experience spans diverse industries throughout the U.S. and Canada.
Pamela started her career with Kelly Services, then worked for Aon before joining WTW 24 years ago. Pamela holds a B.A. in Psychology with a concentration in Organizational Behavior and Human Resource Management from the University of Michigan – Ann Arbor, and graduated magna cum laude with an M.S. in Management from Walsh College. She was certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) for over 20 years and was an active member of the Society of Human Resources Management (SHRM) and the International Association of Business Communicators (IABC).

Pam Rollins is the Head of Corporate Communication at Willis Towers Watson.
In her role, she is responsible for Corporate Social Responsibility, Internal Communication and Change Management, Knowledge Management and Public Relations.
Previously, Pam co-led a combined Marketing and Communication function with Katherine Gehman; served as Head of Internal Communication and Change Management; co-led the communication and change management efforts associated with the Towers Watson and Willis Towers Watson mergers; and held various leadership roles in the communication and change management consulting business.
Pam started her career at Hewitt Associates in 1997 after receiving her Bachelor of Arts in economics from the University of Michigan. She’s been with Willis Towers Watson and its predecessor companies for 23 years.
