Industry & Economy: Delta Air Lines Leadership Lessons
Detroit has long been a city of transformation—and now, DEC YLs will get an exclusive look at how Delta Air Lines is redefining leadership, culture, and the customer experience at Detroit Metropolitan Airport (DTW).
Learn how DTW’s leadership team puts people and culture first, even in the most challenging times—like global wars, economic uncertainty, technological challenges, and the court of public opinion. Hussein will share what it takes to lead in the aviation industry, how Delta takes the roads less traveled, and why DTW stands out as a model of award-winning service in baggage handling, customer care, and operational excellence.
After the program, attendees will be granted special access to explore key areas of Delta’s DTW operation and photo opportunities on the tarmac with a Delta aircraft.
