The Detroit Economic Club Young Leader Conference (YLC) is seeking dynamic speakers who embody curiosity-driven leadership. Whether you’re experimenting with new ways of working, advancing creative problem-solving, or helping teams adapt in an ever-changing landscape, we want to hear from YOU.
Please note that this is an unpaid speaking opportunity, but it offers visibility within DEC’s extensive professional network.
To streamline the application process, all speakers are required to complete the same form (please do not send cold emails). The conference committee will review submissions regularly after the open call begins.

Signature Event Cancellation and Refund Policy:
Ticket cancellations must be made by 12:00 p.m. (noon) five business days prior to the conference in order to receive a refund.
